Do I need my own domain?
Yes. NevTan Mail is built around your company domain. Add it under Admin → Domain and follow the DNS check.
How many mailboxes can I create for free?
The Free plan includes up to 10 mailboxes with 1 GB each. Paid plans add storage per mailbox.
Can I move my mail from Gmail?
Yes. Import over IMAP from Google, Yahoo or Zoho, up to 500 MB per import job.
Is my storage shared with Drive?
Yes. Mail and Drive share one quota per mailbox, and you’re warned at 85%, 90% and 95%.
Is Mail included in NevTan Workspace plans?
Yes. Connect a domain in the admin console and every licensed user gets a NevTan Mail mailbox.
